Cancellation Policy

General Terms No job guarantees – We provide expert career services but cannot guarantee job placement. Quotes valid for 5 business days – Unpaid invoices are deleted after 7 days. Full payment required before work begins. Consultation Fees & Payment $55 consultation fee credited if invoice is paid within 48 hours. After 48 hours, only $25 is credited. After 5 business days, no credits apply. Rescheduling & Missed Appointments 24-hour notice required for rescheduling. One free reschedule within 7 days. Additional rescheduling: $25 fee. Missed appointments = no refund. Revisions Each package has it's own set # of revisions, each additional revision will be charged at Major changes (job focus, industry shift) require a rewrite fee ($35+). Revisions must be requested within 2 business days. After 3 business days, documents are finalized, and edits will require a fee. Refund Policy No refunds for consultation fees, resume writing, or coaching. We strive for client satisfaction and will work to meet expectations. Services are complete upon delivery unless agreed otherwise. Other Terms Key Inspires may use documents as examples unless requested otherwise. We reserve the right to refuse service for policy violations. Business hours: Monday – Friday (excludes holidays). By booking, you agree to these terms.
