Yes, the cost of your consultation serves as a deposit and will be provided as a limited time credit should you proceed with our services. (this applies to resume service clients only)

Fees for consultation and information-gathering are transferable, on a one-time basis, up to 7 days after the date of the original consultation. It is the sole responsibility of the client to communicate the need to reschedule a consultation. Any additional date changes, outside of the one-time allowance, will result in a $25 change fee.

The turnaround time from receipt of payment to resume completion is 10 business days. This includes 2-5 days for resume creation, 2 days for resume review, and an additional 1-3 days for resume edits.

Yes, each package includes 1-3 rounds of edits prior to your project being finalized. These edits are defined as minor changes to the text or minor shifts in content. However, substantial changes, such as, a change of job focus, strategy, target audience, or anything that requires rethinking part, or all of the content is considered a rewrite and will incur extra charges ($35 minimum) and a revised project due date.

Fees for consultation, information-gathering, and preparation of career documents are non-refundable, as Key Inspires provides custom services for each client. All payments are non-refundable, as they cover the development of a customized questionnaire, interview questions, or other services applicable for each client.

Our documents are intellectual property and take a significant amount of time to prepare and complete which cannot be recouped. Key Inspires takes client satisfaction very seriously, it is our policy to work with you, as much as we can, until you are satisfied with your documents and services.
